Back for another year is the East Midland's Triathlon England Open Water Training Day supported by Swim Smooth. This year it will take place on 12th July 14 at Girton Sailing Club hosted by Lincoln Triathlon Club.

The open water training day will be split into 2 sessions; one for novices (10amto 12pm) and one for intermediates (1pm to 3pm). The cost for these days are £15.  Those that do not have a wetsuit or just want to try out a Huub wetsuit can do so for no extra charge.

To take part in these days you do need to be 16 years of age or over.
