An East Midlands Workshop open to all Level 1, 2 and 3 Triathlon Coaches, this Swim Smooth led Workshop, develops the coaches understanding of the freestyle stroke.

This popular workshop helps coaches to understand the dynamics of getting swim beginners to overcome a number of hurdles to become compentent freestyle swimmers.  It is a theoritcal 3 hour workshop delivered by a certified Swim Smooth coaches.  It helps coaches to identify the problems of those learning freestyle and to develop strategies to improve their stroke.

The workshop is open to all Triathlon Level 1, 2 and 3 Coaches.  There is also a choice of a morning or afternoon session.
