Working with nationally renowned Triathlon event providers Team 100% are delivering a series of Novice Triathlon training days at venues in and around the East Midlands.
Last weekend they led a session for 24 new athletes at Jubilee Pool , Woodhall Spa; They provided;
Training and education for those new to triathlon giving expert advice and tips in small groups of equal ability. The day involved all three disciplines of swim, bike and run as well as transition training and Q&A with the coaches.

Next up on August 6th is a Familairisation training Day at Thoresby Park where the team from 100% Tri will send you away fully conversant with the new Sprint routes, confident with your ability and quite simply reduce race day nerves. Youll undertook transition practice, event site orientation and finish with a run through the grounds.
