More information is available about the trial on 7/8 September

Following a meeting of Regional Head Coaches at which we discussed and agreed a trials protocol the trials will take the following format:

Distances are dependant on age on the day of the trial, rather than competition age:
Age 16 or under:  200m swim, 1500m run
Age 17 or over:  400m swim, 3000m run.

The trials will all be a solo effort - i.e. individual start, self-paced. 
You  may dive at the start of the swim.
You may wear spikes to run.

Trials are open to anyone eligible to represent GB.  However you must let me (tim@perfectcondition.ltd.uk) know in advance that you wish to come, and on which day.  I will confirm your time.
