Following the East Region's qualification events we can now name the team to represent the region at this year's Inter Regional Championships
The IRCs are a flagship event for Tristar 2 and 3 children and offers an early look at potential world class performers of the future. This year we had two qualification events and we congratulate the team on their selection and wish them well with their training and the event itself:-
T2 Girls

- (Anna Leinermann - Discovery qualified but is unable to take up her place)
T2 Boys

T3 Girls

Once again the team will be managed by Michael Masters and Michael, Craig Dyce and Tim Williams will be running a series of preparation sessions for the team alongside the Regional Academy between now and the event itself - which is on the August Bank Holiday Monday at Mallory Park in Leicestershire.
The IRC races are hosted as part of British Triathlon’s U20 Festival where male and female Elite Youth and Elite Junior races will take place.
