Althought winter feels like it's on it's way there are still plenty of events within the Eastern Region for you to enter. apart from the end of season Triathlons there are also plenty of Duathlons to keep you busy. Please do pass on these details to new people who might like to try our sport. Short triathlons are a great way of getting people started and also duathlons are another great way of introducing people into a multi discipline sport.
