The 7oaks Triathlon, which is run by members of 7oakstri club, was first held in 1985 and has been held annually ever since (apart from the Covid years)

The swim is 16 lengths of Sevenoaks Leisure Centre’s 25m pool, the bike is an undulating 25km course through picturesque Kent countryside, and the run takes competitors through the magnificent Knole park, past Knole house, deer, oak and chestnut trees.
