Overview

The Sprint (Cumnor) and Super sprint (Danehill) events, pool swim with individual starts in a 'snake swim' style with the Ashdown Standard Triathlon swimming 4 to lane first away at 7.30am. The cycle course is on the highway with long stretches to get some good speed up and and the lapping run course perfect for spectators.The Cumnor (Sprint), starts at 8.15am and the Danehill (Supersprint) at approx. 9am. The course is all set in the beautiful forest countryside on the top of the forest (so yes a little undulating).
