Eden Valley Tri puts on this ideal mid week race, which is part of a series. The swim takes place in the heated outdoor pool, heading out for an undulating bike on the local country roads and finally running on a mixture of paths and grass, finishing back at the pool.

This event is open to all, you just need a roadworthy bike and a helmet and be aged 15 by the 31st December 2019. There is a great relaxed atmosphere and it is an ideal opportunity for beginners and improvers alike.

Event briefing will take place at the pool at 18.00 with the race starting shortly afterwards. You're more than welcome to leave equipment there and grab a shower there afterwards. Join us to celebrate round the local mobile chip van once everyone has finished and packed away.

Please note there is very limited parking at the venue. Please park at the recycling centre or the library car park (opposite the recycling centre) both situated at the end of the sports field off the main road in Shap.
