Eden Valley tri brings you a fun, enjoyable triathlon. We start the event at Lazonby open air swimming pool, cycling around the local villages and running on paths, this is one our our 4 mid week series events.  This is open to everyone, all you need is a road worthy bike and a helmet and to be aged 15 before 31st December 2018.

The event briefing will take place at the transition area just ouside the pool. You're more than welcome to leave equipment at the pool and grab a shower there afterwards. There is a great relaxed atmosphere and it is an ideal opportunity for beginners and improvers alike.
