Overview
This will be split into 2 events.
Age 8-10yrs will start at 12.30pm. 8-10yrs, swim 50m, cycle 800m and run 400m.
Age 11-14yrs will start at 2.30pm. 11-14yrs, swim 200m, cycle 2km and run 1200m.
Participants must bring all their own equipment, mountain bikes would be preferable.
