This is a Charity Open Water swim challenge at the North Dock in Llanelli. The swim course will be the same used as that of the Llanelli Sprint Triathlon but with FOUR different distances available: 750m to 3km. Great way to gain some open water experience.

This year we are supporting the Peony Breast Care Unit based at Prince Philip Hospital in Llanelli. They are a local breast cancer charity based in South West Wales supporting local women through diagnosis and treatment. We contribute to research which benefits women with breast cancer. Viv Jones who is a very close friend to us here at Healthy Life Activities has experienced first hand the amazing support provided by the Peony Breast Care Unit at Llanelli and we are delighted to be supporting this charity in 2024.

In 2022 we donated £4000 to the Nathan Ford Fund to help with his rehabilitation and in 2023 we donated £5000 Ty Bryngwyn Llanelli in memory of a dear friend and tgheJac Lewis Foundation. Every penny of the entry fee is donated.
