Can But Tri are once again delivering the Stradbroke Triathlon and Junior Aquathlon on 19th September 2021.
Taking place at The Stradbroke Swim and Fitness Centre. this is a superb event for anyone new to triathlon. The swim is a short 160m where you swim two lengths of each lane in the pool before exiting the water. The cycle route is amazing! A single 17km loop taking in some breathtaking (literally) views along country roads. The run is a sweet and simple two laps of a 1.5km route around the playing fields alongside the leisure centre and the headland of adjoining arable fields.This race is suitable for youths and adults aged 15+ and is an ideal introduction to triathlon competition as well as a great warm up to the season for more experienced competitors. For 2021 we are also introducing a relay option. With TriStar aquathlons for children aged 8-14 on Sunday Afternoon why not not make a weekend of it and bring the whole family?
