Arundel Lido has a 5 lane 25m heated pool. Toilets, changing and showering facilities are provided. Transition area is in the car park at the front of the Lido. Full catering service is provided. Registration is within the Lido. Arundel is a picturesque market town with an imposing castle and cathedral set in the South Downs National Park in West Sussex - 20 min drive from Chichester.

Overview
Probably one of the most picturesque & chilled out event settings in the UK for a pool based triathlon (heated outdoor lido). The town of Arundel is steeped in history and the race takes place under the shadow of the medieval castle in West Sussex within the South Downs National Park.
Standard distance 800m swim | 37km cycle | 9km run.
Relay triathlon (3 per team, one swimmer one cyclist & one runner) 800m/37km/9km.
Sprint distance 400m swim | 19km cycle | 5km run.
A great place to visit for the whole family with loads of unusual shops and coffee bars open around the town.
