A 400m or 16 length pool swim in Ashington Leisure Centre followed by a 2.5 lap 20K bike through the beautiful village of Bothal where you will find the famous "Bothal bank" which you will have the pleasure of going up twice! The 3 lap run course around the local high school and park makes sure your supporters can see and cheer you all the way to the finishing line.
