Meeting point
Set in Hartlepool's Historic Quay, next to the Royal Navy Maritime museum. Jacksons Dock is the ideal place to swim, protected form the north sea and refreshed daily with sea water.The run is along the panoramic promenade which runs the full length of Seaton Sands. Refreshments available on the Wingfield Castle and many other catering outlets close by. Ample car parking on site
