This is a Swim /Run event using the Roedean College swimming pool (4 lane x 25m). The swim is a 'snake' style with individual starts 30sec appart. The run is one lap of the internal road system then out along the road, under the subway at St Dunstains hospital, then run back across the cliff top. Crossing the road, then back in for one more internal lap before heading towards the finish. Distances: Swim 400m Run 5km.
Medals to all finishers, trophies to overall winner, 1st Male/ 1st Female
Results on the website at 7pm that evening.
