Dorney Lake - the 2012 Olympic Rowing and Canoeing venue - is the number one triathlon location of choice in the South East. The bike and run courses are completely flat and traffic-free while the water for the swim leg is purpose built, clean, clear and calm.

Overview
The Eton Sprints triathlon is a perfect way to start your triathlon season. With a 750m swim, a safe closed-roads 21.2km bike course followed by a 5km run course up and down the lake, this is probably the flattest triathlon in the UK. The course at Dorney Lake is great for beginners who are dipping their toe into triathlon waters for the first time, or fantastic for an experienced triathlete to nail a speedy race early in the season.
