This is a standard distance triathlon based at Ellerton Lake, Scorton, N Yorks.

Start time 09.30am.

1500m swim in Ellerton Lake, 25 mile bike - 2 laps. Rural roads open to traffic. 5.5 mile run - flat and mostly off road.

Registration on day of event (8am to 9am) where participants will be given their race number, timing chip and event t-shirt. Race information will be emailed to entrants 2 weeks before the event.

Overnight camping available.
