Overview
The mighty Cowman is back once again for another year. With a 2 lap swim, 3 lap bike and 4 lap run all visible for spectators to watch we feel our middle distance race is one for all the family to experience. We look after each athlete as we do our Marshals and helpers which are why our team creates the best atmosphere and makes each participant feel like they are a person and individual not just a number in the races. So if your new to triathlon and jumping straight into the challenge of Middle distance or a seasoned Triathlete, we would love to see you cross that finish line and collect that well deserved finishers medal. Distances for middle distance are:1900m swim; 92k bike; 21k run
