Based at the beautiful, award-winning Putsborough Sands and sold out again last year, Croyde Ocean Triathlon takes in some of the South West’s most stunning scenery.
The Olympic course involves a 1.5km ocean swim at Putsborough Sands, followed by a 38km circular bike ride and a 12km off-road run over hilly coastal terrain. This route was one of 220 Triathlons ‘Top 21 must -do’ triathlon challenges for 2022. This year the team have introduced the Still Stunning but Less Savage Sprint Triathlon which takes in a 750m ocean swim, 22km bike route on the quiet local lanes and a 5.6km off-road run across coastal terrain
