Event Overview
Back for an 8th year, this sprint distance triathlon event offers a stunning course starting and finishing at Blackpool Sands beach. It’s a challenging course with some climbs but also flat sections on both the run and the bike where you can really put the hammer down.
The race begins with a sea swim from Blackpool Sands which is naturally sheltered. Then it’s onto the bike for the rolling bike course which features Devon's flattest road. You finish with an out & back run up the picturesque Blackpool Valley Road following a stream gently rising up to the turn.
Following a success from 2022, we also have an Aquabike category where you'll do a 750m swim followed by a 20k bike. We also have sea swims the day before. See our website for details.
