The Tri-Anglia Triathlon club is pleased to present the Diss Duathlon, which comprises a 5k run, 30k bike and a second 5k run. The run course follows a route through part of the town centre and as such will be liable to a small amount of Sunday morning traffic and pedestrians. The Bike course is rural, reasonably flat(ish), and has little traffic. The junctions will be fully marshalled.
