The Eton Sprints triathlon is a perfect way to start your triathlon season. With a 750m swim, a safe closed-roads 21.2km bike course followed by a 5km run course up and down the lake, this is probably the flattest triathlon in the UK. The course at Dorney Lake is great for beginners who are dipping their toe into triathlon waters for the first time, or fantastic for an experienced triathlete to nail a speedy race early in the season. BTFChamps14x100The Eton Sprints event will be held on the same day as the 2014 Official British Triathlon Sprint Championship at Dorney Lake, so if you are not brave enough to pit yourself against the best of the triathlon field, just come down to race in the Eton Sprints against other like-minded triathletes on a fast, flat course with a great atmosphere. All Eton Sprints entrants will be in seperate waves to the official British Triathlon event based on gender and age.
