Overview
Mixed Team Relay Triathlon is the latest format of triathlon and will feautre in the Tokyo Olympics for the first time in 2020! Teams of 4 athletes (2 male, 2 female) race back to back mini triathlons of 250m Swim, 10km Bike and a 1500m Run (each athlete races each discipline before tagging their next team mate).
Fast, Furious and Fun with lashings of team spirit thrown in to the mix!
