JOIN US FOR THE FAMBRIDGE MIDDLE DISTANCE TRIATHLON ON SUNDAY 4TH JULY 2021.
The Fambridge Middle Distance Triathlon is a unique Half distance event situated within convenient travelling distance of London and the South East.

This Middle Distance event consists of a 1.9km swim next to Blue House Farm Nature Reserve on the River Crouch, a 96km cycle taking athletes into the peaceful Essex countryside and finishes with an 18km lapped run based around North Fambridge village with huge support from the local community.

Please note this is a tidal river and will be more challenging than a typical open water or pool swim. Swim Cut-Off is strictly 1 hour 10 minutes after the start time.There is also an aquabike option available.

The triathlon will begin at 8:30am.
