The Formula 5 Duathlon takes it’s name from the number of legs in the race…. 5. This will see you run, bike, run, bike and run again over short distances to keep the pace and heart rate high! An early season race for beginners to get their first taste of a multi-sport event and perfect for the hardcore athletes to test their legs after the winter period.The run course will take you around South Loughton Valley Park while the cycles will be around a 1 mile course around the National Bowl.
