Eden Valley Tri puts on this ideal mid week race, which is part of a series. The swim takes place in the heated outdoor pool, heading out for an undulating bike around the local villages and finally running on paths finishing back at the pool. This event is open to all, you just need a roadworthy bike and a helmet and be aged 15 by the 31st December 2019.

Event briefing will take place at the pool at 18.00 with the race starting shortly afterwards. You're more than welcome to leave equipment there and grab a shower there afterwards. There is a great relaxed atmosphere and it is an ideal opportunity for beginners and improvers alike. Join us to celebrate round the local mobile chip van once everyone has finished and packed away.
