This is an indoor GO TRI aimed at beginners wanting to give multisport a try.
The event comprises a 200m pool swim, followed by a 5k bike on an indoor Gym bike and a 2k run on a treadmill. Between each discipline competitors will be able to have time to get changed and rest. It will be a relaxed supportive environment and hopefully will encourage competitors to enter future triathlon events.
Please arrive at Willowburn at 6.30 for a 7pm start.
