Overview
This is a relay aquathlon for teams consisting of a 200m swim and 1.4km run. Teams will have 3 athletes, with each completing both swim and run elements before tagging the next team member. The race will also incorporate an East Midlands GO TRI Club Challenge, where all clubs can participate against each other in this fun, exciting and fast relay!
