GO TRI - AshfordAquathlon series of seven events over the summer at Conningbrook Lakes Country Park.This series will consist of 300m swim followed by 2.5km traffic free run round the lake, topped off with a stadium finish on the Julie Rose running track.New for 2016 - GO TRI Ashford Long - Double the distance.These events are perfect for your introduction to multi-sport.All start at 7pm.
