First Stride Events are joining forces with Hampton Pool to offer a beginner friendly GO TRI at this great venue on the edge of Bushy Park.
The course will start with a swim of just over 200m in the outdoor heated pool, followed by a 10km ride on local roads which will be quiet with the early start and a 3km pavement run along side Hampton Court Green.
This is a great course and venue for the novice looking for a taster to the sport or an experienced triathlete looking for one last race of the season.
The event will start at 6am to take advantage of the quiet roads. This will mean that lights will be compulsory for the bike leg.
