As a non-competitive event with a shorter distance, this is perfect for beginners who want to complete their first multisport event in a friendly and supportive environment.
The Swim - Run is a spectator-friendly, fun pool based event based at St John's School in Bishop Auckland.
The distances for this event are 10 lengths swim (200m) followed by a 3 lap run (3km). The event starts in waves of 6 people, giving you plenty of space in the pool. All you need is a swimsuit, t-shirt, shorts and a pair of trainers.
Timings for the event are as follows:-

6.45pm Start
If you have completed both of our GO TRI Events you will receive a GO TRI t-shirt on the night.
