Overview

Ideal for beginners and improvers.

Swim (200m), bike (3km, 2.4km for TriStars 2&3), run (2.5km, 1.6km for TriStars 2&3).The event takes place at Basildon Sporting Village, the swim will be an 8 length "snake swim", 2 lengths in each of the 4 available lanes, passing under the lane ropes after two lengths. The bike will be three 1km laps on grass with a shorter 800m course for TriStars 2&3. The run will be 6 laps of the running track for adults, and 4 laps for TriStars 2&3.
