Cardiff University GO TRI is back! We're returning to Maindy Leisure Centre, to give you the chance to give Tri a try! GO TRI is a beginner friendly super sprint triathlon, aimed at those wanting to get into or simply wanting to have a go at racing in a multisport event.
The race includes a 200m pool swim, a 9k bike on a traffic free circuit, and a 1.6k run on quiet pavements inside the centre of our cycle circuit. This event is open to members of the public, as well as Cardiff University staff and students - all abilities are welcome to join! We guarantee enthusiastic and supportive marshals to help you every stroke, pedal and step of the way!
