Overview
GO TRI Cleethorpes will take place indoors in small waves from 09:30 to 12:00 hrs to avoid over crowding). The format will be a 200 meters swim (8 lengths any stroke) followed by 5k on a spin bike, then over to the treadmill to complete a 2.5k run.
