This is a great introduction to multi sport. In the grounds of the local school which is totally enclosed so perfect if you are a bit nervous. It's on grass so no fancy bikes required. We start off with a 1.5km run then a 6km bike finishing with a 500m run. Suitable for all ages from age 8 upwards. Children distances will be in line with current BTF Tri Stars program.
