This event is being held in the newly refurbished West Bridgford David Lloyd. We will hold a race briefing at 08h30 in transition to explain the race format and race course.
Families are welcome to take part as a team so long as the youngest member is no younger than 11 years old.
The format will be as follows:
200m swim in waves followed by a 5km spin on the outdoor spin bikes followed by a 2.5km run just outside the club grounds.
Don't forget to celebrate your successes with a beer or glass of wine in the warm and friendly club house bar!
