Overview
Come and join our GO TRI event at Downham Health & Leisure Centre!
The event details are as follows:
The 200m swim will take place in our 25m swimming pool, which will be 8 lengths. Please bring a towel to poolside as there will be a short transition from pool to bike.
The 7.5km cycle will take place on our static spin bikes, these will be placed outside to admire the view.
The 2.5km run will take place on the park outside of the centre. This is a grass and path route with no road crossings. The floor is a little uneven in places, so care must be taken and suitable shoes must be worn.
Participants will receive a mini goodie bag on finishing
