After the success of our races in 2018, we're doing it all again this year and we're startng off with a GO TRI race at dawn on the day of the summer solstice.
It's primarily a relay race so get your team together and give it a crack. We're also accepting individual entries.
These races are targeted at people who have never raced before but would love to have a crack at it, as well as beginners/novices in the sport.
The distances will be a 300m sea swim, a 6km bike, and a run of 2.5km all taking place on the beautiful Roker Riviera.
£11 entry for relay teams and individuals.
Fausto Coffee, British Triathlon, Sunderland Yacht Club, NXY Multi Sports Events, Sun City Tri Club, Wearside Triathlon, and Waites Accountants are all coming together to put the race on.
