On Saturday 31st August we're holding our second multi sports event of the summer. All set on the fantastic Roker coastline.
We'll have a Go Tri Triathlon (300m sea swim/6km bike/2.5km run) followed by a Go Tri Aquathlon (300m sea swim/2.5km run).
Go Tri races are designed for absolute beginners, new people just into the sport, or people returning to the sport after a long break. If you're wondering if you can, the answer is YES.
Enter as an individual or as get a team together as a relay.

Triathlon - £11 individual/£15 relay
Aquathlon - £5 individual/£8 relay
Fausto Coffee, the British Triathlon Federation, Sunderland Yacht Club, NXY Multi Sports Events, Sun City Tri Club, Wearside Triathlon, and Waites Accountants are all coming together to put the race on.
If you would like to be involved in any of the clubs that run out of Fausto's then please take a look.
- Run Club - Meet 6.30pm on a Thursday
- Bathers - Sundays at 9.30am, Thursdays at 6:30pm
- Bici - Thursday 7pm cappio ride
