Be a part of the inaugural GO TRI Hamble Aquathlon! If you can manage 8 length of Hamble's 20m (head up breaststroke is perfect!) then a run/walk around the field, this event is perfect for you! Hamble Sports Complex is set in the heart of the community of Hamble and Netley, its easy to get to from the M27 and the pool is a lovely warm 20m. The run will be on the playing fields next to the pool making the whole event traffic free.The swim will be 8 lengths snaking across the pool with a 30 seconds interval between each GO TRI. There is a viewing gallery for friends and family to cheer you on.Once you've done your 8 lengths (or however many you can) you will get out, go through the exit, pop on some trainers, top and bottoms then head off for 6 laps of the field. Again great for friends and family to cheers you through the finish flags.There is a cafe on site for you to get a well-deserved cuppa and share your achievement with the other GO TRIers.
