Don't let the time of year and outdoor pool put you off, Hampton Pool claims to be the hottest of all of London's outdoor swimming pools, heated to 28℃ all year round!
The bike course heads to Hampton Court Palace, with Bushy park on one side and the River Thames to the other. Then heading over the Thames to complete an out and back loop before heading back to the pool.
The run route heads out from the pool following the bike course, turning around after 1.5km. If you're lucky you might catch a sight of the deer in Bushy Park as you head back towards the pool.
