A Super Sprint pool based triathlon and accessible aquathlon. The triathlon comprises a pool swim of 200m with a 6km cycle on roads and a 2.5km run.
The accessible aquathlon, suitable for para triathletes/ people with a disability, pool swim for 10-20 minutes and mobilise for 1 mile.
Both take place in Mill House Leisure Centre.
