A super sprint pool based triathlon and Yes You Can aquathlon.The triathlon comprises a pool swim of 200m with a 6km cycle on roads and a 2.5km run.The Yes You Can aquathlon, suitable for absolute beginners, less confident swimmers pool swim for 10 minutes and walk/run for 1 mile. Swim aids or assistance are permited in the swim section, any queries please contact organiser.
