Keep fit in 2019 by taking part in the High Lodge GO TRI Duathlon. The event is great for novice adults (16+) who want to take part in an exciting activity with the duathlon structured as a run, bike, run format (2.2km run, 7km bike, and 2.2km run). The course will take place on signed forest terrain so expect surfaces conducive to forest environment such as but not exclusive to tree routes, mud, stones and puddles etc. We recommend a bike suitable for moderate off-road terrain and it is an essential requirement to wear a bike helmet. Seasonal weather means participants should dress appropriately for weather on the day. There will be a participant fee of £7.50 that must be paid online with an additional £5.00 parking charge to be paid on the day.
