The First Splash and Spin (Aquabike) of the season is on Friday 26th July. Meeting at St Helens Old Church, Duver road, PO33 1UZ.
As an open water swim we strongly advise that wetsuits are worn, the Transition area is a grassed area off of the beach, with the out and back bike route taking you to Bembridge all on roads. Please arrive in plenty of time to set up your equipment and familiarise yourself with the routes.
Marshals and the event organisers are on hand to answer any questions and offer guidance for anyone new to the sport.
