The race consists of a 200m pool swim followed by a 4.5km trail run. The GO TRI event is part of a bigger Kingfisher Aquathlon event with races for children between 8 and 16 and with an original distance race for adults as well. And if that does not sound convincing enough, the Kingfisher Aquathlon is well known for its free home baked cake for race finishers!!
