Overview

GO TRI has teamed up with Arragons Cumbrian Tri Club in Penrith to bring you a fun, enjoyable triathlon. We start the event at Lazonby open air swimming pool, cycling around the local villages and running on paths, this is one our our 4 mid week series events.

The event briefing will take place at the transition area just ouside the pool. You're more than welcome to leave equipment at the pool and grab a shower there afterwards. There is a great relaxed atmosphere and it is an ideal opportunity for beginners and improvers alike.
