GO TRI Local Roker Duathlon is a short fun race that anyone can join in with. It's specifically aimed at beginners with a course that's a 1km run/4km bike/1km run. Event begins at 9am.
Children (8+ including 7-year-olds turning 8 in 2023) can enter individually OR if an adult enters children in the same family race FREE.
